American Society Holding Company is a for-profit firm that has delivered site cleaning, development, and revitalization at a commercial standard for years. Patrons kept asking for a nonprofit arm, so Clean Forward Foundation was created to meet that demand — same crews, same standard, no shareholders. We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Founded by Sindé Tantua
Sindé lives in Marina del Rey and has watched the corridor change over the years. An accountant in Los Angeles and a developer by trade, she picks up trash along the corridor almost biweekly — and it keeps coming back. Clean Forward was started to break that cycle with bollards, planters, and a cleaner design that makes it harder for cans and litter to collect in the first place.
Restore
We clear, clean, and remediate neglected sites so they are safe and ready for what comes next.
Develop
We rebuild the physical fabric of a place — structures, landscape, lighting, and access.
Beautify
We finish to a standard rarely seen in public work, because dignity is in the detail.

Recurring sweeps along the corridor so debris never gets a chance to settle.

Trash and recycling receptacles placed where litter actually accumulates.

Bollards at key points to protect pedestrians and keep vehicles off walkways.
Planters & flowers
Seasonal planters that beautify the corridor and discourage dumping.
